I especially want to highlight how amazing Nicky has been with handling my business insurance. She took the burden of dealing with landlord lease details completely off my shoulders. She communicated directly with the landlord, navigated all their unconventional requirements, and got everything squared away smoothly and professionally. She’s always quick to return calls and is incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable.
