She communicated directly with the landlord, navigated all their unconventional requirements, and got everything squared away smoothly and professionally. She’s always quick to return calls and is incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. I couldn’t be happier with the coverage or with the people at the Santa Cruz office—Chris, David, and Nicky have all been fantastic. (Progressive/AllState/Geico/USAA/Farmers) Geico was the closest favorable alternative; but lacked transparency on (1) coverage feature that tilted my decision to StateFarm. Not only that; but my State-Farm agent is hard to beat on quality and reliability. Which in this industry— has a TON of value. Branch: - Strong Customer Service Quality - Easily Accessible Agent: ** Ask for: Yajahira (Hands Down) + Off-Road Vehicles: - State Farm will cover incident protection if you have collision insurance on your vehicle customizations without changing your premium amounts. You just need to provide proof of purchase posts-accident & photo evidence that it was an item secured to the vehicle ahead of the incident being reported. (This is a big sell and win for State-Farm). **I inquired with Geico on this, they do over coverage protection but would not disclose how it would affect the policy premiums until after I signed up with them)."
